In June 2008 Hachar Media / Bus Ads was awarded the fleet advertising contract for the City of Laredo, Texas. The Metro fleet is a very economical venue for advertising. The fleet penetrates areas of the City of Laredo that cannot be reached by other methods of advertising.

We offer advertising coverage for the South Texas Border area, including the Hill Country, Laredo, and the Rio Grande Valley area.

Along with our static billboards, Hachar Media has become the go-to company for digital billboards in our market, with over 20 digital billboard faces in Central and North Laredo.
Hachar Media is the contractor for the City of Laredo, Texas Transit System, more commonly known as El Metro. The Metro fleet in Laredo consists of 47 fixed route buses. The Metro fleet travels through all parts of the city including areas where other forms of outdoor advertising are not permitted. We offer a variety of ad sizes from our Queen and King ads that fill up portions of the bus sides, all the way up to our Full Wrap ads that cover the entire bus, including the windows.
Along with El Metro, Hachar Media is the contractor for all UISD school buses. This provides our clients with opporunities to target an even larger range of clients. Our advertising programs with local school districts give you the opportunity to spread your message in an affordable and unique style that cannot be ignored! Best of all, the majority of your advertising dollars go back to the local UISD schools.
Hachar Media also offers Interior Card advertising on the inside of buses and Shelter Advertising on and around bus benches.
In an effort to reach more people in more places and target a wider demographic, Hachar Media now offers Airport Wall Advertising.
